| 目的:收集近10年雷忠义国医大师治疗高血压病的中药方剂,应用数据挖掘的方式整理其治疗高血压病的用药规律。方法:收集在陕西省中医医院雷忠义国医大师工作室就诊的高血压病患者,筛选整理符合要求中药处方以建立数据库,录入中医传承辅助平台,利用该平台对中药处方的用药频次、四气五味、核心药物组合及新处方进行挖掘分析。结果:筛选出152首处方,其中用药频次＞20的中药共18味,挖掘出核心组合6对,新处方3首。结论:通过研究,明确了雷忠义国医大师在治疗高血压病方面提出的痰瘀毒风互结理论；常用方以天麻钩藤饮和六味地黄丸加减,组方符合平肝熄风、化痰开窍、活血化瘀的治疗原则。 |

| Objective: to explore the rule of Chinese Medicine Master Lei Zhongyi in the treatment of hypertension based on the auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance in ten years. Methods: To collect the medical records of Professor Lei Zhongyi who treated hypertension in the out-patient department of Shaanxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine , to select and sort out the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine according to the requirements, and to set up the database, the frequency of drug use, four qi and five tastes, core drug combinations and new prescriptions were analyzed by using TCM inheritance assistant platform.Results: A total of 152 prescriptions for hypertension were included, of which 18 Chinese herbs were used more than 20 times, through the analysis of association rules, it was found that the core medicine of Lei Zhongyi was Gastrodia elata, Uncaria Uncaria, Achyranthes bidentata, scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Pueraria lobata, through the system entropy cluster analysis, 6 pairs of core combinations and 3 new formulas were obtained. Conclusion: this study confirmed Professor Lei Zhongyi"s theory of phlegm-blood stasis-toxin-wind interaction in the treatment of hypertension, and the commonly used prescriptions were Tianma Gouteng decoction and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan decoction, the prescription accords with the therapeutic principle of calming liver and calming wind, resolving phlegm and inducing resuscitation, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. |
