| 痛风作为风湿免疫科常见疾病,近年来发病率呈逐步升高及年轻化趋势,中医外治法治疗该疾病具有疗效确切、起效快、副作用少等优点,可为痛风防治提供更多的选择。为明确适用于痛风的中医外治法,我们通过查阅文献,对近年来相关报道进行了梳理,最终发现中药外敷、中药熏洗、针灸治疗、刺络放血、水筋针治疗等在痛风防治过程中显示出诸多优势,故对其研究概况进行综述,以期为中医外治法的临床推广和深入研究提供参考和借鉴。 |

| Gout is a common disease in the rheumatology and immunology department and has shown an increasing trend of incidence and younger age in recent years. External treatment of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the advantages of accurate curative effect, quick onset and few side effects, which can provide more choices for the prevention and treatment of gout. To clarify the applicable TCM external treatment methods for gout, we reviewed the literature and sorted out the relevant reports in recent years. Ultimately, we found that external application of Chinese midicine, Fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture therapy, collateral pricking and bloodletting, and water tendon acupuncture have shown many advantages in the prevention and treatment of gout. Thus, we summarized and overview their research in this paper, in order to provide reference for the clinical promotion and in-depth research of TCM external treatment. |
