| 目的 分析三酰甘油葡萄糖乘积(TyG)指数及ABCD2评分与短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者近期预后的关系,探究TyG指数与ABCD2评分对TIA患者预后的预测价值。方法 以本院收治的98例TIA患者为研究对象,收治时间为2021年6月至2023年6月。纳入患者均于入院后进行TyG指数及ABCD2评分评估。观察患者3个月内发生脑梗死(CI)的情况将其分为CI组(n=32)与非CI组(n=66)。比较两组的TyG指数及ABCD2评分,采用Pearson相关性分析TyG指数与ABCD2评分的相关性,采用Spearman秩相关性分析TyG指数及ABCD2评分与TIA患者近期预后的相关性。以受试者特征工作曲线(ROC)评价TyG指数及ABCD2评分对TIA患者近期预后的预测价值。结果 CI组TyG指数与ABCD2评分较非CI组显著升高(P<0.05)；TyG指数与ABCD2评分呈正比(r=0.412,P<0.05)；TyG指数及ABCD2评分与TIA患者的不良预后均呈正比(r=0.407, 0.486,P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,TyG指数及ABCD2评分联合预测TIA患者近期预后的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.951,灵敏度为95.45%,特异性为84.37%,且二者联合预测的效能均优于各指标单独预测。结论 TyG指数与ABCD2评分与TIA患者的近期预后密切相关,二者联合测定可提高对TIA患者近期预后的预测价值。 |

| Objective To analyze the relationship between triglyceride glucose (TyG) index and ABCD2 score and short-term prognosis in patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA), and to explore the predictive value of TyG index and ABCD2 score on the prognosis in TIA patients. Methods 98 patients with TIA in the hospital were collected from June 2021 to June 2023 as the study subjects, and were evaluated by TyG index and ABCD2 score after admission. The patients were divided into CI group (n=32) and non-CI group (n=66) by observing the occurrence of cerebral infarction (CI) within 3 months, and TyG index and ABCD2 score were compared. The correlation between TyG index and ABCD2 score was assessed by Pearson correlation analysis. Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation of TyG index and ABCD2 score with short-term prognosis in patients with TIA. ROC curves were drawn to evaluate the predictive value of TyG index and ABCD2 score on the short-term prognosis in TIA patients. Results The TyG index and ABCD2 score in the CI group were obviously risen than those in the non-CI group (P<0.05). TyG index was positively proportional to ABCD2 score (r=0.412, P<0.05). TyG index and ABCD2 score were positively associated with poor prognosis in TIA patients (r=0.407, 0.486, P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC), sensitivity and specificity of TyG index combined with ABCD2 score in predicting the short-term prognosis in patients with TIA were 0.951, 95.45% and 84.37%. The efficiency of the combined prediction was better than that of each indicator alone. Conclusion TyG index and ABCD2 score are closely related to the short-term prognosis in TIA patients. The combined determination of the two indicators can enhance the predictive value on the short-term prognosis in patients with TIA. |
