| 目的 观察针刺蝶腭神经节(SPGA)联合益气脱敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2021年9月至2024年9月期间诊治的60例AR患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组30例,对照组予以益气脱敏汤加减治疗,治疗组加以SPGA治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状体征评分、血清核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体及其下游炎症因子以及生活质量。结果 治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕及鼻部体征评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组NLRP3炎症小体、IL-1β、IL-18均低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组RQLQ量表各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SPGA联合益气脱敏汤治疗效果显著,可有效调节AR患者NLRP3炎症小体及其下游炎症因子,改善相关症状体征,提升生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion (SPGA) combined with Yiqi Demining Decoction on allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods 60 AR patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Yiqi Desensitization Decoction, and the treatment group was treated with SPGA. The clinical efficacy, symptom and sign scores, serum nucleotide-binding domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3) inflammatory corpuscles and its downstream inflammatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The inflammatory corpuscles of NLRP3, IL-1β and IL-18 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of RQLQ in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion SPGA combined with Yiqi desensitization decoction has obvious therapeutic effect, which can effectively regulate NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles and its downstream inflammatory factors in AR patients, improve related symptoms and signs, and improve the quality of life. |
