| 糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy, DN)是糖尿病长期并发症中的一种,其特点是持续性蛋白尿、肾功能不全,甚至发展为终末期肾功能衰竭。近年来的研究表明,糖尿病肾病的发生与眼底结构的改变存在着密切的关系。眼睛与肾脏在胚胎发育过程中,都源于胚胎的中胚层,所以视网膜血管和肾脏小血管具有相似的胚胎起源、解剖特征和生理特性。眼底血管是全身血管中唯一可以被直接观察到的血管,同时眼底血管的改变一定程度上表明肾脏微血管的病变程度。观察眼底血管的改变对诊断及治疗糖尿病肾病有着重大的意义。本文对DN患者的眼底血管变化进行了综合评述,希望对DN患者的早期诊疗提供帮助。 |

| Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) is one of the long-term complications of diabetes mellitus, which is characterized by persistent proteinuria, renal insufficiency and even end-stage renal failure. Recent studies have shown that there is a close relationship between the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy and the changes in the structure of the fundus. Both eyes and kidneys are derived from the embryonic mesoderm during embryonic development, so retinal vessels and renal small vessels have similar embryonic origin, anatomical characteristics and physiological properties. Retinal vessels are the only vessels in the whole body that can be directly observed, and the changes of retinal vessels indicate the degree of renal microvascular lesions to a certain extent. It is of great significance to observe the changes of retinal vascular parameters in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. This article review hopes to provide help for the early diagnosis and treatment of DN patients. |
