| 呼吸道感染后咳嗽的发生率逐年升高,现代医学的诊疗手段与临床疗效仍较局限,部分患者反复进行检查或用药后仍收效甚微,严重影响生活。《素问·咳论》篇源自《黄帝内经》,为辨治咳嗽提供了丰富的理论依据与独特的辨治思想,较完整地阐释了咳嗽的中医诊治方案。它不但指出了“外内合邪致咳”的复杂病因病机,表达了“人与天地相参,五脏六腑皆令人咳”的整体思想,强调了“聚于胃,关于肺,三焦受之”的辨治核心；而且体现了“谨守病机,杂合以治”的中医经典辨治思想,提示从调畅肺、脾胃与三焦气机入手,将会是提升呼吸道感染后咳嗽疗效的关键。 |

| The incidence of post-respiratory infection cough has been increasing year by year. The diagnostic and therapeutic methods and clinical efficacy of modern medicine are still limited, and some patients still achieve minimal effect after repeated examinations or medication, which seriously affects their lives. The Cough Theory Chapter originates from Yellow Emperor"s Inner Canon. It provides rich theoretical foundations and unique diagnostic and therapeutic concepts, offering a comprehensive elucidation of the TCM approach of the diagnosis and treatment for coughs. Not only does it point out the complex etiology and pathogenesis of cough caused by the combination of external and internal pathogenic factors, but it also expresses the holistic idea that the human body corresponds with the natural world, and all organs can cause cough. It emphasizes the crucial core of focusing on the stomach, attending to the lungs, and considering the involvement of the Triple Energizer. Furthermore, it embodies the classical TCM idea of strictly adhering to the pathogenesis and treating with a combined approach, and also suggests that the key to improving the efficacy of treating post-respiratory infection cough lies in regulating the qi flow in the lungs, spleen, stomach, and triple energizer. |
