      基于中西医病证特点的胃癌前病变(Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer,PLGC)动物模型构建和评价分析是研究疾病病因病机、研究药物作用靶点的重要工具。回顾既往文献发现,MNNG复合多因素造模法较贴近临床PLGC的危险因素及发生路径,PLGC动物模型的评价方法主要分为肉眼观察、HE染色、AB-PAS染色、HID-AB染色、电镜下观察等,而证候评价主要包括对气虚(脾虚)证、血瘀证、肝郁证的诊断,而中医证候指征观察的科学内涵具有较高的探索价值和研究意义。根据实验目的合理选择造模方法,在病理模型建模基础上,施加以更直接体现中医证侯的相关干扰因素,结合病理形态学、分子生物学和中医证候指标综合评价,可以构建出更加符合临床实际的PLGC动物模型及病证结合动物模型,为PLGC的研究提供有力支持。

      The construction and evaluation analysis of animal models of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine syndromes and diseases are important tools for studying the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases and researching drug action targets. Reviewing previous literature, it is found that the MNNG compound multi-factor modeling method is closer to the risk factors and occurrence paths of clinical PLGC. The evaluation methods of PLGC animal models mainly include macroscopic observation, HE staining, AB-PAS staining, HID-AB staining, and observation under an electron microscope. The syndrome evaluation mainly includes the diagnosis of qi deficiency (spleen deficiency) syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, and liver depression syndrome. The scientific connotation of observing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome indications has high exploration value and research significance. According to the experimental purpose, a modeling method is reasonably selected. On the basis of pathological model establishment, relevant interfering factors that more directly reflect traditional Chinese medicine syndromes are applied. Combined with comprehensive evaluation of pathological morphology, molecular biology and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome indicators, a more clinically practical PLGC animal model and a disease-syndrome combined animal model can be constructed, providing strong support for the research of PLGC.
