| 摘要：[目的]探讨张爱琴基于气机升降理论治疗鼻咽癌经验。[方法]通过跟师临证学习，论述气机升降的理论基础及用调节气机升降法治疗鼻咽癌的理论依据，附验案一则加以佐证。[结果]鼻咽癌为常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,其起病隐匿,发现时多为晚期，接受西医治疗后，患者不良反应较多，生活质量有待提高。张爱琴教授从气机升降角度论治鼻咽癌,认为鼻咽癌病机为脾胃、肝肺气机升降失调。张教授立足整体,脾胃同调，肝肺同治，和调气机，并在临证时灵活加减。列举的验案体现了从气机升降理论论治鼻咽癌，可以很大程度缓解患者的痛苦并改善放化疗后的不良反应。[结论]张爱琴教授基于气机升降理论治疗鼻咽癌，紧扣病机，加减灵活，收效甚验，为临床发挥中医药优势治疗鼻咽癌提供了一定的思路。 |

| [Objective] To explore the experience of Zhang Aiqin"s experience in treating nasopharyngeal cancer based on the theory of ascending and descending of qi movement.[Methods] By collecting and sorting out the literature, learning from the teacher and observing the clinical effect, discuss the theoretical basis of ascending and descending of qi movement and the theoretical basis of the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer, with one test case to prove it.[Results] Nasopharyngeal cancer is a common head and neck malignancy, with insidious onset and often accompanied by head and neck lymphatic metastasis. After western medicine treatment, patients have more adverse reactions, and the quality of life still needs to be improved.Professor Zhang Aiqin discussed the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer from the perspective of qi movement, and believed that the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal cancer was the spleen, stomach, liver and lung qi movement lifting disorder.Professor Zhang Aiqin is based on the whole, the spleen and stomach harmony, liver and lung treatment, restore the lifting of qi, and flexible addition and subtraction in the presentation.The listed cases reflect the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer from the ascending and descending of qi movement theory, which can greatly relieve the pain of patients and improve the adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.[Conclusion] Professor Zhang Aiqin treated nasopharyngeal cancer based on the theory of ascending and descending of qi movement, close to the pathogenesis, flexible addition and subtraction, and provided certain ideas for clinical play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer. |
