      目的: 评估辽宁成大生物股份有限公司人用狂犬病疫苗的免疫持续性和免疫应答效率,为我国狂犬病暴露后免疫策略和防控措施的优化提供支持。 方法: 通过杭州市红十字会医院信息系统,查找在本单位全程接种该公司狂犬病疫苗的人群,将其分为3组(<1年、1~3年和>3年组),每组10人,电话沟通是否愿意参与血清抗体检测工作;在现门诊,找寻近一年就诊人群中狂犬疫苗加强接种者,将其分为3组(<1年、1~3年和>3年组),每组5人,在第0、7天各采集静脉血5ml;快速荧光灶抑制试验检测45名暴露者的血清中和抗体滴度;采用卡方检验对接种时间>3年和<3年组的疫苗保护性进行差异性分析。 结果: 30名狂犬病疫苗既往接种者中,<1年和1~3年组所有受试者的血清抗体效价均≥0.5 IU/mL,>3年组有8人血清抗体效价达到保护水平,总体有效率为93.3%。卡方检验结果显示,不同接种时间疫苗保护性差异无统计学意义。15名狂犬病疫苗加强接种者中,加强注射2针后,第7天的血清中和抗体滴度均在不同程度上升且达到有效保护水平。 结论: 辽宁成大生物股份有限公司生产的狂犬病疫苗具有良好的免疫持续性和应答效率,再次暴露后接种效果良好。

      Objective: To evaluate the immune persistence and immune response efficiency of the human rabies vaccine produced by Liaoning Chengda Biological Co., Ltd., and to provide support for the optimization of post-exposure immunization strategies and prevention and control measures for rabies in China. Methods: Through the information system of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital, the population that had received the full course of the company's rabies vaccine in this unit was identified and divided into three groups (<1 year, 1-3 years and >3 years groups), with 10 people in each group. They were contacted by phone to determine their willingness to participate in the serum antibody detection work. In the current outpatient department, rabies vaccine booster recipients in the past year were identified and divided into three groups (<1 year, 1-3 years and >3 years groups), with 5 people in each group. 5 ml of venous blood was collected on days 0 and 7. The serum neutralizing antibody titers of 45 exposed individuals were detected by rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test. Chi-square test was used to analyze the difference in vaccine protection between the groups with vaccination time >3 years and <3 years. Results: Among the 30 previous rabies vaccine recipients, the serum antibody titers of all subjects in the <1 year and 1-3 years groups were ≥0.5 IU/mL, and 8 people in the >3 years group reached the protective level. The overall effective rate was 93.3%. The chi-square test results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in vaccine protection among different vaccination times. Among the 15 rabies vaccine booster recipients, the serum neutralizing antibody titers of all subjects increased to varying degrees on the 7th day after two booster injections and reached the effective protection level. Conclusion: The rabies vaccine produced by Liaoning Chengda Biological Co., Ltd. has good immune persistence and response efficiency, and the re-exposure vaccination effect is good.
