| 目的:探讨针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病在表面肌电上的疗效。方法:从诸暨市第二人民医院2020年1月-2021年3月收治神经根型颈椎病患者中筛选100例参与研究,随机分治疗组、对照组各50例,对照组予传统非手术治疗,治疗组予小针刀治疗,疗程3周,比较2组的临床疗效、表面肌电图数据和颈椎功能。结果:治疗总有效率组间比较治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；组间比较治疗后的表面肌电图数据治疗组更优于对照组(P＜0.05)；比较治疗后患者的VAS评分、NDI评分降低,JOA评分升高,治疗组较对照组变化更显著(P＜0.05)。结论:小针刀疗法作为一种微创治疗方法,能够显著缓解颈肩部疼痛,改善神经支配区域的肌肉功能,值得应用推广。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of acupotomy on surface electromyography in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy. Methods:A total of 100 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in Zhuji Second People"s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected to participate in the study, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional non-surgical treatment, and the treatment group received small acupotomy treatment, the treatment course was 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy, surface electromyography data and cervical vertebra function of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05). The surface electromyography data of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and NDI score of patients were decreased, the JOA score was increased, and the changes in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions:As a minimally invasive treatment, small acupotomy therapy can significantly relieve neck and shoulder pain and improve muscle function in the innervated area, which is worthy of application and promotion. |
