| 目的 观察健脾补肾方治疗艾滋病免疫重建不良脾肾亏虚型患者肠道菌群的变化。方法 纳入符合标准的27例艾滋病免疫重建不良脾肾亏虚型患者为中药组,予以健脾补肾方联合ART治疗,24例对照组予以ART治疗。分别在基线及24周检测肝肾功能、血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群、16SrDNA检测粪便肠道菌群。结果 治疗24周后中药组CD4+T细胞计数较治疗前明显升高(P＜0.05),升高幅度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；中药组治疗前后、两组治疗后比较α多样性指数未见统计学差异(P＞0.05),β多样性显著改变(P＜0.05)；两组治疗前后门水平菌群结构未见统计学差异(P＞0.05)；中药组治疗后乳酸杆菌属、韦荣菌属、克雷伯菌属丰度较治疗前明显升高(P＜0.05)；志贺菌属、肠杆菌属、芽孢杆菌属、肠球菌属、萨特雷拉菌属、假单胞菌属较治疗前丰度明显降低(P＜0.05)。结论 健脾补肾方联合ART治疗免疫功能重建不良脾肾亏虚型艾滋病患者有助于改善免疫功能,对肠道菌群具有调节作用。 |

| Objective To observe the changes in intestinal microbiota in patients with AIDS and immunological non-responders of the spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome treated with the Jianpi Bushen Formula. Methods Twenty-seven patients with AIDS and immunological non-responders of the spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome were included in the herbal medicine group and treated with Jianpi Buxian formula combined with ART, while 24 patients in the control group were treated with ART alone. Liver and kidney function, blood routine, T lymphocyte subsets, and 16S rDNA detection of fecal gut microbiota were measured at baseline and 24 weeks. Results After 24 weeks of treatment, the CD4+T cell count in the herbal medicine group significantly increased compared to before treatment (P<0.05), and the increase in CD4+ T cells was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). there was no statistical difference in the α-diversity index before and after treatment in the herbal medicine group and after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05), but β-diversity changed significantly (P<0.05). there was no statistical difference in the phylum-level microbial abundance before and after treatment in both groups (P>0.05). In the herbal medicine group, the abundance of Lactobacillus, Veillonella, and Klebsiella significantly increased after treatment (P <0.05), while the abundance of Shigella, Enterobacter, Bacillus, Enterococcus, Sutterella, and Pseudomonas significantly decreased compared to before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of AIDS patients with immunological non-responders and spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome using Jianpi Buxian formula combined with ART helps to improve immune function and has a regulatory effect on the gut microbiota. |
