| 【】目的:分析B超引导下不同深度腹八针穴位埋线对脾虚湿阻型女性中心性肥胖患者内脏脂肪及腹白线弹性的影响。方法:研究纳入医院临床收治脾虚湿阻型女性中心性肥胖患者64例为对象,数字抽签分组为深埋线组(n=32)与浅埋线组(n=32),两组连续治疗9次,治疗结束后10d随访,比较组间脂肪厚度、腹白线弹性评分、体质量指数(Body Mass Index；BMI)及腰围、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后深埋线组脂肪(心膜外脂肪、腹膜外脂肪、腹部皮下脂肪)厚度、BMI、腰围均低于浅埋线组(P＜0.05),腹白线弹性评分高于浅埋线组(P＜0.05)。结论:B超引导下深度腹八针穴位埋线能更好的降低脾虚湿阻型女性中心性肥胖患者内脏脂肪厚度、BMI及腰围,提升腹白线弹性评分,且治疗安全性较高。 |

| Objective: To analyze the influence of different abdominal needles under B ultrasound guidance on visceral fat and abdominal white line elasticity in pleen deficiency and dampness obstruction obstruction type female central obesity. Methods: 60 pleen deficiency and dampness obstruction obstruction type female central obese patients admitted from enrolled in deep buried line group (n=32) and shallow buried line group (n=32), treated for 9 consecutive times and 10d after treatment to compare fat thickness, abdominal elasticity score, body quality index (Body Mass Index; BMI), waist circumference and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the thickness of fat (eparardial fat, extraperitoneal fat, abdominal subcutaneous fat)、BMI、waist circumference in the deep line group was lower than that in the shallow line group (P <0.05);? After treatment, the elasticity score of abdominal white line was higher than that of shallow buried line group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Under the guidance of B ultrasound, deep abdominal eight acupuncture points can better reduce the visceral fat thickness, BMI and waist circumference, improve the elasticity score of abdominal white line, and the treatment safety is high. |
