| 目的:探索慢性牙周炎患者体内血清可溶性致癌抑制因子2(sST2)及趋化因子21(CCL21)的表达水平及二者的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年2月在本院确诊的120例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究组,同期选择在本院体检的118例健康体检者作为对照组。对两组受检者的牙周指标及血清sST2、CCL21表达水平进行检测；Pearson法相关性分析血清sST2、CCL21水平与牙周指标的相关性；受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清sST2、CCL21对慢性牙周炎的诊断价值。结果:与对照组相比,研究组CAL、GI、SBI、PLI及PD均显著升高(P<0.05),血清sST2及CCL21的表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05)；Pearson法相关性分析显示,血清sST2、CCL21均与CAL、GI、SBI、PLI及PD呈正相关关系(P<0.05)；ROC曲线下面积显示,二者联合诊断慢性牙周炎的AUC显著大于sST2单独诊断的AUC(Z=5.262,P＜0.001),CCL21单独诊断的AUC(Z=3.323,P=0.001)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者血清sST2、CCL21表达水平均显著升高,二者与牙周指标呈正相关关系,联合检测二者的表达水平对慢性牙周炎患者的临床诊断及治疗具有重要价值。 |

| Objective: To explore the expression levels of soluble suppression tumorigenicity 2 (sST2) and CC chemokine ligand 21 (CCL21) in serum of patients with chronic periodontitis and their diagnostic value. Methods: 120 cases of chronic periodontitis patients confirmed in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study group, and 118 cases of healthy medical checkups in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The periodontal indicators and serum sST2 and CCL21 expression levels of the subjects in the two groups were tested; the correlation between serum sST2 and CCL21 levels and periodontal indicators was analyzed by Pearson"s method of correlation; and the diagnostic value of serum sST2 and CCL21 for chronic periodontitis was analyzed by the subject"s work characteristics (ROC) curve Results: Compared with the control group, the CAL, GI, SBI, PLI, and PD in the study group were obviously increased (P<0.05), and the expression levels of serum sST2 and CCL21 were obviously increased (P<0.05); Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum sST2 and CCL21 were positively correlated with CAL, GI, SBI, PLI, and PD (P<0.05); the area under the ROC curve showed that the AUC of chronic periodontitis diagnosed by the combination of the two was obviously greater than the AUC diagnosed by sST2 alone (Z=5.262, P<0.001), and the AUC diagnosed by CCL21 alone (Z=3.323, P=0.001). Conclusion: The expression levels of serum sST2 and CCL21 in patients with chronic periodontitis are obviously increased, and they are positively correlated with periodontal indicators. Combined detection of their expression levels is of great value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic periodontitis patients. |
