| 章勤教授对早发性卵巢功能不全有多年临证经验,认为肾精早竭,水火失济为该病的发病核心,治疗上应以补肾填精,平衡阴阳为基本治则,顺应月经周期中的阴阳消长变化及气血盈亏规律,灵活调整阳药阴药比例,注重阳中求阴、阴中求阳之法的运用,以达阴平阳秘,水火相济。本文结合临床验案总结章勤教授辨治无生育要求POI的临床思路和用药原则。 |

| [Objective]: Professor Qin Zhang has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI). She attributes the core pathogenesis of this condition to the premature exhaustion of kidney essence and the disharmony between water and fire. The fundamental therapeutic approach is to tonify the kidney and replenish essence while maintaining the balance of yin and yang. Treatment should align with the waxing and waning of yin and yang throughout the menstrual cycle and the dynamic changes in qi and blood, allowing for flexible adjustments in the ratio of yang-tonifying and yin-nourishing herbs. Particular attention is given to the integration of yang within yin and yin within yang to achieve yin-yang equilibrium and the harmonious interaction of water and fire. This paper summarizes Professor Qin Zhang’s clinical approach and medication principles in managing POI in patients without fertility requirements, based on case studies from her clinical practice. |
