| 目的：评估针刺治疗方法对膝关节置换术(Total knee replacement,TKA)患者的膝关节功能改善程度,同时分析TKA术后患者止痛药物追加情况及药物不良反应情况。方法：文献选取时间为2019年01月至2024年12月,在国内外多个数据库展开全面检索,收集针刺治疗TKA术后患者的临床随机对照试验。检索完成后,安排2位研究者独立进行数据提取工作,同时由3位研究者对偏倚风险展开评估。经筛选,最终共纳入10篇相关文献,涵盖594例患者,经Meta分析发现,与对照组(采用西药或西药联合基础治疗)相比,针刺治疗组在多个关键指标上展现出显著优势。在膝关节功能评分(HSS 评分)方面,针刺治疗组表现更为出色；在追加疼痛药物事件发生率以及不良反应发生率上,针刺治疗组同样明显低于对照组。结论：针刺在改善TKA术后患者膝关节功能的同时,还可以减少药物不良反应发生率及药物追加使用率,但仍需进一步研究。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for total knee replacement (TKA) patients and clarify the safety of acupuncture treatment for TKA. Method: Clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatment for TKA were retrieved from multiple databases both domestically and internationally. The retrieval period was from January 2019 to December 2024. Two researchers independently extracted data, and three researchers assessed the risk of bias. A total of 10 articles were included, involving 594 patients. The meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group (treated with Western medicine or a combination of Western medicine and basic treatment), the acupuncture treatment group was significantly better in terms of knee joint function score (Hospital For Special Surgery, HSS), incidence of additional pain medication events, and incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve knee joint function in patients after TKA, while also reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the rate of additional drug use, but further research is needed. |
