| 子宫内膜异位症是常见的育龄期妇科疾病，主要表现为周期性慢性盆腔疼痛，严重影响生活质量。其发病机制复杂，涉及免疫、炎症、遗传等因素。近年来，巨噬细胞作为一种重要的免疫细胞，其在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展及相关病理过程中的多方面作用已被广泛关注。本文总结巨噬细胞的极化以及对子宫内膜异位症的慢性炎症，增殖、侵袭等细胞生物学行为及纤维化等方面的研究进展，探讨巨噬细胞在子宫内膜异位症当中的作用。 |

| Endometriosis is a prevalent gynecological disorder among women of reproductive age, characterized by chronic, cyclical pelvic pain that significantly impairs quality of life. The etiology of EMs is intricate, entailing interplay between immune, inflammatory, and genetic factors. Recently, the role of macrophages, as crucial components of the immune system, has come under intense scrutiny for their diverse influences on the initiation, progression, and pathological aspects of EMs. This review synthesizes the latest findings on macrophage polarization and its implications for chronic inflammation, cellular behaviors like proliferation and invasion, and fibrosis in the context of EMs, thereby elucidating the multifaceted contributions of macrophages to this condition. |
