| 目的：探讨补肾生髓方联合穴位埋线治疗绝经后骨质疏松患者临床疗效。方法：采用前瞻性随机对照方法,收集于我院就诊的绝经后骨质疏松患者78例,采用简单化随机分组方法分为两组各39例。对照组给予穴位埋线治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾生髓方治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,中医证候评分、血清骨代谢指标,骨密度水平(腰椎L1-L4、股骨颈、髋关节),实验室指标[甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、血清钙(Ca)、25 羟基维生素D(25-OH-D)]。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组71.79% (P＜0.05)；治疗后两组中医证候评分、血清P1NP、血清β-CTX、血清OC水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后血清PTH水平、血清25-OH-D水平、血清Ca水平、骨密度水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：补肾生髓方联合穴位埋线治疗绝经后骨质疏松患者临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of bushen shengsui prescription combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis. Methods: 78 postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis were collected by prospective randomized control method and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy, and the observation group was treated with bushen shengsui prescription on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score and serum bone metabolism indexes were observed before and after treatment. Bone mineral density level (lumbar L1-L4, femoral neck, hip joint), laboratory indicators [parathyroid hormone (PTH), serum calcium (Ca), 25 hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-D)]. Results: After treatment, observation group total effective rate of was 92.31% higher than that of control group 71.79% (P < 0.05). TCM syndrome score, serum P1NP, serum β-CTX and serum OC levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,(P < 0.05). serum PTH level, serum 25-OH-D level, serum Ca level and bone mineral density level in 2 groups were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Bushen shengsui prescription combined with acupoint catgut embedding is effective in the treatment of postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis. |
