| 朱丹溪，滋阴派代表人物，金元四大家之一，提出的“气血痰郁”四伤学说为杂病的治疗提供了方向，素有“杂病宗丹溪”之说。丹溪的《丹溪心法》《格致余论》《脉因证治》《丹溪治法心药》等著作中多处可见关于耳鸣耳聋的描述。笔者就丹溪对于耳鸣耳聋的治疗思路做一浅析，若有疏漏，敬请教正。 |

| Objective:To explore the etiology,pathogenesis,and therapeutic strategies for Tinnitus and Deafness through the lens of Zhu Danxi’s "Qi-Blood-Phlegm-Stagnation syndrome" theory (Four Impairments Doctrine),aiming to propose novel perspectives for syndrome differentiation and management. Methods: A comprehensive analysis was conducted by synthesizing the three pathogenic factors:qi-blood imbalances,phlegm accumulation,and stagnation—alongside Zhu Danxi’s classical writings on the Four Impairments Theory and its clinical application to auditory disorders. |
