| 目的：探讨凉血解毒汤联合抗五步蛇毒血清在治疗五步蛇咬伤患者临床观察。方法：选择82例于我院就诊的五步蛇咬伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组各41例,对照组给予抗五步蛇毒血清治疗,观察组在其基础上给予凉血解毒汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后主要疗效指标(症状消退时间、症状改善情况、凝血功能),次要疗效指标(炎症因子指标、血栓弹力图指标)及临床疗效。结果：观察组患者症状消退时间快于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后患肢与健肢周径差、视觉模拟评分、炎症因子指标均较治疗前降低且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、R值、K值均较治疗前降低,纤维蛋白原、MA值、α角均较治疗前升高,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：凉血解毒汤联合抗五步蛇毒血清治疗五步蛇咬伤患者临床疗效显著。 |

| ? :?Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Jiedu decoction in treating patients bitten by Deinagkistrodon acutus. ?Methods?: Eighty-two patients with deinagkistrodon acutus bites admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group received anti-Deinagkistrodon acutus serum, while the observation group received additional Liangxue Jiedu decoction. Primary efficacy indicators (symptom resolution time, symptom improvement, coagulation function) and secondary efficacy indicators (inflammatory factors, thromboelastogram parameters) were evaluated before and after treatment. ?Results: Symptom resolution time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Post-treatment, the circumference difference between affected and healthy limbs, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores, and inflammatory factor levels decreased in both groups (P < 0.05). Post-treatment prothrombin time, thrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, R-value, and K-value decreased, while fibrinogen, maximum amplitude, and α-angle increased in both groups, with greater improvements in the observation group (P< 0.05). ?Conclusion The combination of Liangxue Jiedu decoction and anti-deinagkistrodon acutus serum demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating deinagkistrodon acutus bites. |
