| 目的：观察激痛点浮针联合补肾活血方治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床疗效。方法：选择于我院就诊的椎间盘源性腰痛患者96例,采用简单化分组方法分为两组各48例,对照组给予补肾活血方治疗,观察组在其基础上给予激痛点浮针治疗,观察两组治疗前后主要疗效指标[疼痛量表评分(McGill疼痛问卷评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数量表评分、魁北克腰痛残障评分量表评分),血清疼痛因子(血清神经肽P物质、前列腺素E2及神经肽Y)及腰椎活动度],次要疗效指标(中医证候评分、磁共振影像下多裂肌及腰大肌横截面积)及临床疗效。结果：治疗后两组疼痛量表评分、血清疼痛因子水平、中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组腰椎活动度、磁共振影像下多裂肌及腰大肌横截面积均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后观察组总有效率93.75%显著高于对照组81.25%(P＜0.05)。结论：激痛点浮针联合补肾活血方治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of trigger point floating acupuncture combined with kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal formula in the treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods: A total of 96 patients with discogenic low back pain were selected from our hospital. The control group was given kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal formula, and the observation group was given trigger point floating acupuncture. The main outcome measures (pain scale score (McGill Pain Questionnaire score, Oswestry Disability Index score, Quebec Low Back Pain Disability Scale score), serum pain factors (serum neuropeptide P substance, prostaglandin E2 and neuropeptide Y) and lumbar motion) were observed. Secondary efficacy indicators (TCM syndrome score, cross-sectional area of multifidus muscle and psoas major muscle under magnetic resonance imaging) and clinical efficacy. Results: After treatment, the score of pain scale, the level of serum pain factor and the score of TCM syndrome in two groups were lower than before treatment(P < 0.05). After treatment, the lumbar motion and the cross-section area of the multifidus muscle and the psoas major muscle in both groups were higher than before treatment,the observation group total effective rate 93.75% higher than e control group 81.25% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Trigger point floating acupuncture combined with kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal formula is effective in the treatment of discogenic low back pain. |
