| 目的 研究唑来膦酸对兔拔牙创的影响。方法 新西兰大白兔24只,随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组8只。B组和C组经静脉注射0.06 mg/kg唑来膦酸生理盐水溶液;A组注射等量生理盐水。1个月后C组再1次注射唑来膦酸,A组和B组注射同等剂量生理盐水。2个月后静脉注射麻醉下,拔除兔左下切牙。拔牙2周后过量麻醉处死所有新西兰兔,拍照记录创口愈合情况,取出拔牙创牙槽骨,Micro-CT及组织学检测,骨体积分数(BV/TV)、骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th)、骨小梁数目(Tb.N)、骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)及破骨细胞数量数据进行统计学分析。结果 所有拔牙创均愈合良好,黏膜完整;Micro-CT扫描结果显示,与A组比较,B组和C组有更多的新骨形成,骨小梁结构致密,骨小梁间隙变窄,BV/TV(%)[(25.26±4.37)和(45.11±6.11)比(7.35±2.14),P<0.001]显著升高、Tb.N(/mm)[(6.32±0.77)和(9.35±0.72)比(2.45±0.96),P<0.001]显著升高、Tb.Sp(mm)[(0.15±0.04)和(0.09±0.01)比(0.42±0.09),P<0.01] 显著降低;与A组比较,B组和C组破骨细胞数量[(3.80±0.84)和(1.80±0.45)比(7.20±1.30),P<0.01]显著减少;与A组比较,B组和C组血管形态不规则,血管壁薄,内皮消失,C组血管被挤压缩窄。结论 唑来膦酸可增加拔牙创新骨的形成,且新骨结构发生改变,骨组织中破骨细胞减少、血管结构改变,两次唑来膦酸注射时血管被挤压缩窄,这可能导致骨坏死的发生。 |

| Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of zoledronic acid on rabbit tooth extraction wounds. Method 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into Group A, Group B, and Group C, with 8 rabbits in each group.; Group B and Group C received intravenous injection of 0.06 mg/kg zoledronic acid physiological saline solution; Group A received an equal amount of physiological saline injection. One month later, Group C received another injection of zoledronic acid, while Group A and Group B received the same dose of physiological saline. Two months later, under intravenous anesthesia, the left lower incisor of the rabbit was extracted.After 2 weeks of tooth extraction, all New Zealand rabbits were euthanized under excessive anesthesia. The wound healing was recorded by taking photos, and the alveolar bone of the tooth extraction site was removed for Micro CT and histological examination. The bone volume fraction (BV/TV), trabecular thickness (Tb. Th), trabecular number (Tb. N), trabecular separation (Tb. Sp), and osteoclast count data were statistically analyzed. Result All tooth extraction wounds healed well and the mucosa was intact; The Micro CT scan results showed that compared with group A, groups B and C had more new bone formation, denser trabecular structures, and narrower trabecular gaps. BV/TV(%)[(25.26 ± 4.37) and (45.11 ± 6.11)vs. (7.35 ± 2.14),P<0.001] significantly increased, Tb.N(/mm)[(6.32 ± 0.77) and (9.35 ± 0.72)vs.(2.45 ± 0.96),P<0.001] significantly increased, Tb.SP(mm)[(0.15 ± 0.04) and (0.09 ± 0.01)vs.(0.42 ± 0.09),P<0.01] significantly decreased; Compared with group A, the number of osteoclasts in groups B and C was significantly reduced [(3.80 ± 0.84) and (1.80 ± 0.45)vs.(7.20 ± 1.30), P<0.01]; Compared with Group A, Group B and Group C have irregular vascular morphology, thin vascular walls, and endothelial disappearance, while Group C's blood vessels are compressed and narrowed. Conclusion Zoledronic acid can increase the formation of new bone during tooth extraction and alter the structure of the new bone. The decrease of osteoclasts and changes in vascular structure in bone tissue may lead to the occurrence of osteonecrosis. |
