| 【目的】本文总结王真教授治疗鼾症的中医经验。【方法】通过记录并整理医案,参考国内外文献,从病因病机、论治经验、验案举隅三方面阐述王真教授的治疗经验。【结果】王真教授认为鼾症的发生主要为湿聚、痰凝、瘀阻,结于咽喉气道,气机运行不利,冲击有声而成,治疗以祛湿化痰、开窍利咽,活血祛瘀、化浊降脂,益气健脾、升举阳气为主,同时可与持续正压通气、口咽部肌功能训练相结合。【结论】王真教授在长期临床实践中发现中药治疗对于痰湿证型、病程短的患者有着不错疗效,对于瘀阻较重、病程长,表现为面色晦暗、口唇青紫、舌质紫黯的患者,常需配合持续正压通气协同治疗。 |

| 【Objective】: This paper summarizes Professor Wang Zhen"s traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) experience in treating snoring.【Methods】: By recording and organizing clinical cases and referencing domestic and international literature, this study expounds Professor Wang Zhen"s treatment approach from three aspects: etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles, and illustrative case studies.【Results】: Professor Wang Zhen believes that snoring mainly results from the accumulation of dampness, phlegm coagulation, and blood stasis, which obstruct the pharyngeal airway, hinder the flow of qi, and cause vibrations that generate sound. Treatment focuses on dispelling dampness and resolving phlegm, opening the orifices and relieving throat obstruction, invigorating blood circulation and removing stasis, clearing turbidity and lowering lipids, tonifying qi, strengthening the spleen, and raising yang qi. These treatments can be combined with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy and oropharyngeal muscle training.【Conclusion】: Through long-term clinical practice, Professor Wang Zhen has found that TCM treatment is effective for patients with phlegm-damp patterns and shorter disease duration. For patients with more severe blood stasis and longer disease duration, characterized by dark complexion, cyanotic lips, and purplish tongue, CPAP therapy often needs to be combined with TCM for optimal results. |
