| 目的 探讨刮痧与刃针技术治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病患者的应用效果，为颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床治疗提供新的干预策略。方法 选取2024年3月—2025年3月在浙江省杭州市某三级甲等综合医院中医综合治疗中心收治的30例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者作为研究对象，给予刮痧与刃针治疗，干预时间为4周，比较患者治疗前后最大主动张口度、疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果 治疗后，患者最大主动张口度高于治疗前，疼痛视觉模拟评分低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 刮痧与刃针疗法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病疗效显著，可有效改善患者局部疼痛程度与最大张口度。 |

| Objective To investigate the application effect of Gua Sha therapy and blade needle therapy in patients with temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), and to provide a reference for improving the maximum active mouth - opening range and alleviating pain in TMD patients. Methods A total of 30 patients with TMD who were admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Treatment Center of a tertiary - level general hospital in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were treated with Gua Sha therapy combined with blade - needle therapy for an intervention period of 4 weeks. The maximum active mouth - opening range and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores for pain were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the maximum active mouth - opening range of the patients was higher than that before treatment, and the VAS scores for pain were lower than those before treatment. The differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Gua Sha therapy combined with blade - needle therapy has a remarkable therapeutic effect on TMD. It can effectively improve the range of motion of the temporomandibular joint and alleviate pain in patients. |
