| 【】目的 探讨“个体化计时”子午流注针法对“心神失养”型中风后抑郁工作记忆的疗效及对血清PCT的影响。方法 选取60例“心神失养”型中风后抑郁的患者，随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组2组，每组30例，疗程共4周。所有患者均采用基础疾病管理联合心理行为干预，对照组予“地方平太阳时”子午流注针法，治疗组予“个体化计时”子午流注针法。治疗期间采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD评分)、工作记忆测试、血清PCT评价临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后HAMD评分、工作记忆测试、PCT值较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)，治疗组治疗4周后HAMD评分、工作记忆测试、PCT值均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “个体化计时”子午流注针法对“心神失养”型中风后抑郁工作记忆的疗效显著，改善抑郁及工作记忆能力，改善日常生活质量，且PCT可有效预测抑郁程度。 |

| 【】Objective? To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Clinical observation of “Individual timing” Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method(mind dystrophy)combined on Post-stroke depression. Methods: A total of 60 patients with post-stroke depression was opted. All patients were randomly divided into two groups and treated with coventional therapy and rehabilitation. The control group received Regular acupuncture treatment while the treatment group was treated with the “Individual timing” Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method motor therapy, for four weeks treatment period. Observe and record the status of clinical symptoms during the treatment period. Results: The scores of treatment group (Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD score), working memory test and serum PCT) were significantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The “Individual timing” Ziwu Liuzhu Needling Method combined with post-stroke depression is significant therapeutic effect, improve cognitive and working memory capacity, improve daily living skills,and PCT can effective prediction of depression severity. |
