      【】目的:探讨红外线热成像技术在头颈部恶性肿瘤皮瓣移植术后血运观察中的临床应用效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取本院2023年4月至2024年3月期间收治的100例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机分组法将其分为两组:观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用接受传统监测方法(临床观察、彩色多普勒超声等)的患者,研究组接受红外线热成像技术监测的患者。观察两组患者术后血运情况,包括皮瓣存活率、术后并发症发生率、皮瓣疼痛程度等指标。结果:术后,研究组的皮瓣存活率达到96%,对照组的72%显著提高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组的并发症发生率仅为4%,对照组的24%相比显著降低。差异在统计学上具有明显意义(P<0.05);观察组患者无痛、轻度痛比例分别为24%、62%,显著高于对照组的6%、40%。中度痛、重度痛患者比例分别为10%、4%,显著低于对照组的36%、18%。差异显著(P<0.05);术后,研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:红外线热成像技术在头颈部恶性肿瘤皮瓣移植术后血运观察中的临床应用效果较好,能够提高皮瓣存活率,降低并发症发生率,缓解疼痛症状,以及改善患者的心理状况,值得临床推广。

      【】Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of infrared thermal imaging technology in blood transport observation after flap transplantation of head and neck malignancy, and to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods: A total of 100 patients with head and neck malignancies admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by randomization: observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group used the patients receiving traditional monitoring methods (e. g., clinical observation, color Doppler ultrasound, etc.) and the patients receiving infrared thermal imaging technology in the study group. The postoperative blood flow was observed in both groups, including the flap survival rate, the postoperative complication rate, and the degree of flap pain.Results: After the surgery, the flap survival rate in the study group reached 96%, a significant improvement from the 72% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was only 4%, a significant decrease from the 24% in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of patients experiencing no pain, mild pain, moderate pain, and severe pain were 24%,62%,10%, and 4% in the observation group, respectively, significantly higher than the 6%,40% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Post-surgery, the study group had lower SAS and SDS scores compared to the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical application of infrared thermal imaging technology in blood transport observation after flap transplantation of head and neck malignant tumors is good, which can improve the flap survival rate, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve pain symptoms, and improve the psychological condition of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion..
