| 目的 探讨无烟隔物灸联合固肾缩泉汤治疗肾气不足型小儿遗尿症(DKE)的疗效和安全性。方法 选取我院儿科门诊2024年1月~2024年12月收治的72例DKE患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例；对照组给予常规治疗和固肾缩泉汤治疗,而观察组加用无烟隔物灸治疗；比较两组间的膀胱功能、遗尿次数、证候总分、总有效率、复发率、不良反应率等指标。结果 治疗后,观察组的膀胱容量大于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组的逼尿肌压力则小于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的遗尿次数、中医症候总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的总有效率为97.22%,明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)；观察组的复发率为6.45%,低于对照组的21.74%,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 无烟隔物灸联合固肾缩泉汤治疗DKE,改善膀胱功能,减少遗尿次数,提高治疗总有效率,降低复发率,无明显不良反应发生,值得在临床推广。 |

| Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of smokeless barrier moxibustion combination with kidney-strengthening and Suoquan decoction treating infantile enuresis with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-QI. Methods 72 cases of infantile enuresis with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-QI in outpatient department of pediatrics from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 36 cases each group. The control group was given usual treatment and kidney-strengthening and Suoquan decoction, and the observation group was added treatment of smokeless barrier moxibustion. The indexes of bladder function, frequency of enuresis, total score of syndrome, total effective rate, relapse rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the level of bladder capacity in the observation group was larger than the control group (P<0.05), but the level of detrusor pressure in the observation group was less than the control group (P<0.05), The frequency of enuresis and total score of syndrome in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%, obviously higher than the control group (77.78%, P<0.05). The relapse rate after one month treatment in the observation group was 6.45%, lower than the control group (21.74%, P>0.05). Conclusion Smokeless barrier moxibustion combination with kidney-strengthening and Suoquan decoction treating infantile enuresis with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-QI, it could improve bladder function, reduce frequency of enuresis, raise total effective rate, cut down relapse rate, and there is without obvious adverse reactions. So it deserves to spread in clinic. |
