| 【】目的? 探讨脊柱侧弯预警及康复装置结合常规训练治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的效果,为临床提供参考。方法? 选取2022年1月至2023年11月杭州市第一人民医院收治的青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者60例,根据不同训练方法将两组患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规训练方法;观察组患者予以本研究设计的脊柱侧弯康复装置结合常规训练进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后Cobb角变化、SRS-22评分总分和各维度评分。结果? 治疗后,两组患者Cobb角较治疗前下降,观察组患者Cobb 角14.76±1.87°明显小于对照组18.56±1.41°(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组SRS-22评分总分88±1.68分明显高于对照组82±1.31,观察组各维度评分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论? 常规训练和使用脊柱侧弯康复装置在特发性脊柱侧弯治疗中均有效,且结合了康复装置的训练方法对于改善Cobb角和SRS-22评分效果更好,建议临床对此类患者采用联合疗法治疗。 |

| 【】Objective Exploring the effectiveness of spinal scoliosis warning and rehabilitation devices combined with routine training in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, providing reference for clinical practice. Method: Sixty adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis admitted to Hangzhou First People"s Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected. According to different training methods, the two groups of patients were divided into a control group (n=30) and an observation group (n=30). The control group received routine training methods; The observation group patients were treated with the spinal scoliosis rehabilitation device designed in this study combined with routine training. Compare the changes in Cobb angle, total SRS-22 score, and various dimensional scores between two groups of patients before and after treatment. After treatment, the Cobb angle of the two groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment. The Cobb angle of the observation group was 14.76 ± 1.87 °, which was significantly smaller than that of the control group, which was 18.56 ± 1.41 ° (P<0.05); After treatment, the total score of SRS-22 in the observation group was 88 ± 1.68 points, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, which was 82 ± 1.31 points. The scores in all dimensions of the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Both routine training and the use of scoliosis rehabilitation devices are effective in the treatment of idiopathic scoliosis, and the combination of rehabilitation device training methods is more effective in improving Cobb angle and SRS-22 score. It is recommended to use combination therapy for such patients in clinical practice. |
