| 目的：探讨归脾合剂联合琥珀酸亚铁片药物治疗方案用于改善心脾两虚型缺铁性贫血(IDA)的具体临床效果,并明确这一治疗方案对患者铁代谢、免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2024年1月-2025年2月期间在本院就诊且接受治疗干预的心脾两虚型IDA患者共82例作为研究对象,根据治疗干预方案的不同分别建立单纯西药组(n=43)和联合用药组(n=39)。观察并对比两组患者临床治疗效果、血液学相关指标,明确两种治疗干预方案的临床应用安全性。结果：联合用药组临床治疗总有效率明显高于单纯西药组(P<0.05)；治疗结束后两组中医证候均得到明显改善,且联合治疗组中医证候积分均值明显低于单纯西药组(均P<0.05)；治疗结束后两组患者血常规指标较治疗前均得到明显改善,且联合用药组Hb、HCT、RBC、MCV、RET均值明显高于单纯西药组(均P<0.05)；治疗结束后两组患者铁代谢相关标志物较治疗前均得到明显改善,且联合用药组血清SI、SF、RBC、TSAT均值明显高于单纯西药组(均P<0.05)；治疗结束后两组患者免疫功能相关标志物较治疗前均得到明显改善,且联合用药组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞均值明显高于单纯西药组(均P<0.05)。结论：归脾合剂联合琥珀酸亚铁片治疗方案应用于心脾两虚型缺铁性贫血患者可有效提高临床治疗效果,该治疗方案对改善患者血常规、调节铁代谢和免疫功能方面可发挥积极功效,临床应用安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To explore the specific clinical effect of Guipi mixture combined with Ferrous Succinate Tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) with deficiency of both heart and spleen, and to clarify the effect of this treatment on iron metabolism and immune function of patients. Methods: A total of 82 patients with IDA of deficiency of both heart and spleen who were treated in our hospital from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatment intervention schemes, the simple western medicine group (n=43) and the combined medication group (n=39) were established respectively. Observe and compare the clinical treatment effect and hematology related indicators of the two groups, and clarify the clinical application safety of the two treatment intervention schemes. Results: The total effective rate of the combined medication group increased significantly than that of the western medicine group alone (P<0.05); After treatment, the TCM Syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved, and the average TCM syndrome score of the combined treatment group decreased significantly than that of the simple western medicine group (all P<0.05); After treatment, the blood routine indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the mean values of Hb, HCT, RBC, MCV and RET in the combined medication group increased significantly than those in the simple western medicine group (all P<0.05); After treatment, the iron metabolism related markers in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the mean values of serum SI, SF, RBC, TSAT in the combination group increased significantly than those in the simple western medicine group (all P<0.05); After treatment, the immune function related markers in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the mean values of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+T lymphocytes in the combination group increased significantly than those in the simple western medicine group (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Guipi mixture combined with Ferrous Succinate Tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia patients with deficiency of both heart and spleen can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect. The treatment scheme can play a positive role in improving blood routine, regulating iron metabolism and immune function of patients, and has good safety in clinical application, which is worthy of clinical application. |
