| 眩晕作为一种内科常见症状,影响着人们的身心健康,眩晕涉及多个学科,其迁延反复的特性给诊疗带来难度。研究表明,眩晕与情志病关系密切,互为因果。本文旨在介绍张永华教授运用情志辩证理论治疗眩晕的临床经验。张教授提出情志致眩理论,通过情志辨证,将情志相关眩晕辨为思虑型、忧郁型、烦怒型,从“痰、气、火”等病机入手,结合脏腑阴阳辨证,辨病辨情辨证相结合,强调“形神合一,身心同治”,取得了显著的临床效果。本人有幸参与张教授的医疗团队,现将所见所学整理成文,以供分享。 |

| Vertigo, as a common symptom in internal medicine, affects people"s physical and mental health. It involves multiple disciplines, and its chronic and recurrent nature poses challenges for diagnosis and treatment. Studies have shown that vertigo is closely related to emotional and mental disorders, with a causal relationship between the two. This article aims to introduce Professor Zhang Yonghua"s clinical experience in treating vertigo using the theory of emotional and mental differentiation. Professor Zhang proposed the theory of emotional and mental factors cause vertigo, through the differentiation of emotional syndrome, the emotional-related vertigo was identified as worrying, melancholic, and irritation, starting from the pathogenesis of "Tan, Qi, Huo", combined with the yin and yang syndrome differentiation of the viscera, and the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, emphasizing the "unity of form and spirit, and the same treatment of body and mind", and achieved remarkable clinical results. I am fortunate to be part of Professor Cheung"s medical team, and I am now sharing what I have seen and learned.. |
