| 目的 探讨拱顶石皮瓣在老年患者骶尾部压疮修复中的临床应用效果及安全性。 方法 回顾性分析本院2018年1月至2025年6月21例接受拱顶石皮瓣修复骶尾部压疮的老年患者的临床资料,详细记录手术操作过程、术后皮瓣存活情况、压疮愈合时间、并发症发生情况,并进行1年随访观察。结果 21 例患者皮瓣全部存活,一期愈合,随访3个月至1年均恢复良好。结论 拱顶石皮瓣修复老年患者骶尾部压疮具有操作相对简便、皮瓣存活率高、并发症少等优势,是一种有效性与安全性兼具的治疗方法,值得在临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical application of keystone flap in the repair of sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers in elderly patients, especially the effect and safety. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 21 elderly patients who underwent keystone flap repair for sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2025. The surgical operation process, postoperative flap survival, pressure ulcer healing time, and occurrence of complications were recorded in detail, and a 1 - year follow - up observation was carried out. Results All the flaps of the 21 patients survived and achieved primary healing. All patients recovered well during the 3 - month to 1 - year follow - up. Conclusion The keystone flap repair for sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers in elderly patients has the advantages of relatively simple operation, high flap survival rate, and few complications. It is a treatment method with both effectiveness and safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
