| This article focuses on complex adverse reactions induced by Antibody-Drug Conjugates, including skin-mucosal injury, myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reactions, and hepatotoxicity. Integrating the xuanfu theory and the sanjiao (triple energizer) pattern differentiation system, this article propose the core pathogenesis of "stagnant heat in the exterior and interior involving the upper and middle jiao." A treatment framework centered on the "dispersing-clearing-fortifying" strategy is established, providing a theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine interventions against ADC-related adverse reactions. |
