| 中西汇通学派代表医家张锡纯擅长从冲脉论治妇科病。其认为冲脉失调是各类妇科疾病的重要病机,冲脉瘀阻则生癥瘕,冲气上逆则发为倒经、恶阻,冲脉不固则发为崩漏,冲脉虚寒则宫冷不孕。治疗上亦从冲脉着手,形成了理冲、降冲、固冲、温冲四法,对临床极具指导意义。文章总结了张锡纯治冲四法代表方剂的用药特点和临床应用,以期为妇科疾病的中医治疗提供新的思路。 |

| ZHANG Xichun, a representative doctor of Huitong School in China and the West, is good at treating gynecological diseases from Chong Meridian. He believed that Chong Meridian disorder was an important pathogenesis of various gynecological diseases. Blood stasis in the Chong Meridian results in mass. The upward adverse flow of Chong Qi will lead to countercurrent of menstrual blood and vomiting of pregnancy. Insecurity of the Chong Meridian will lead to metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. When the Chong Meridian is deficient in cold, the uterus turns cold, leading to infertility. In treatment, the focus is also on the Chong Meridian. Four methods, namely regulating the Chong Meridian, calming the reversed Chong Qi, strengthening the Chong Meridian, and warming the Chong Meridian, have been formulated. It has great guiding significance for clinical practice. The article summarizes the medication characteristics and clinical applications of the representative prescriptions of ZHANG Xichun"s four methods for treating the Chong Meridian. In order to provide a new idea for the treatment of gynecological diseases. |
