| 目的 探讨个性化精准设计指动脉背侧支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指创面应用的疗效。方法 22例手指外伤缺损患者,均存在肌腱、指骨外露情况,采用个性化精准设计指动脉背侧支穿支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指指端及背侧创面,根据创面位置不同,选择不同的穿支修复创面,用中节背侧支皮瓣修复远节缺损,近节背侧支皮瓣修复中远节缺损,供区直接缝合或取同侧前臂全厚皮片植皮。结果 患者均获得随访,时间2~6个月。供区均一期愈合,皮瓣愈合良好,无臃肿,质地良好。末次随访时,手指屈伸活动良好,局部无压痛,效果满意。结论 个性化精准设计指动脉背侧支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损是安全有效的方法,并可以获得满意的外形及功能。 |

| Objective : To explore the efficacy of personalized precision design of digital artery dorsal branch propeller flap for repairing digital wounds. Methods : 22 patients with finger trauma defects, all of whom had exposed tendons and phalanges, were treated with personalized precision design of digital artery dorsal branch perforator propeller flaps to repair finger distal and dorsal wounds. According to the different positions of the wounds, different perforators were used to repair the wounds. The middle segment dorsal branch flap was used to repair the distal segment defects, and the proximal segment dorsal branch flap was used to repair the middle and distal segment defects. The donor area was directly sutured or full-thickness skin graft from the contralateral forearm was taken. Results: All patients were followed up for 2 to 6 months. All the donor areas healed primarily, the flaps healed well, no swelling, and the texture was good. At the last follow-up, the flexion and extension activities of the fingers were good, there was no local tenderness, and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion: Personalized accurate design of the digital artery dorsal branch propeller flap for the repair of finger skin defects is a safe and effective method, satisfactory appearance and function can be obtained. |
