| 在人口逐步老龄化的大背景下，老年患者的麻醉管理有着更高的风险。环泊酚(Ciprofol)是一种新型非巴比妥类静脉麻醉药，借助其结构优化具备了起效快、恢复快、注射痛少、呼吸循环抑制轻等特点，在麻醉的诱导与维持以及ICU镇静等方面，环泊酚都具备自身独特的优势，老年患者的精准麻醉尤其适合使用，环泊酚的应用在未来还有很多值得探索之处。 |

| Elderly patients are at greater risks in anesthesia management as the population is aging. There is a new intravenous anesthetic named Ciprofol which is not a barbiturate. Its chemical structure is like that of propofol. However, it has been optimized by structural changes (adding a cyclopropyl group). This enables it to start working fast, allows for quick recovery, causes little pain during injection, and results in only mild depression in respiration and circulation. It is good for a variety of uses, such as anesthesia outside the critical care unit, starting and maintaining anesthesia within the critical care unit, and sedation in the ICU. It is especially appropriate for elderly patients. There is great potential for further exploration in future research regarding its application in anesthesia for the elderly. |
