| NF-κB是一种多效性转录调节因子,在免疫应答、炎症调控、细胞凋亡等多种生物过程中发挥着重要作用。针灸疗法通过靶向调控NF-κB信号通路,可有效改善神经系统炎症、肠易激综合征、胰岛素抵抗、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、急性肺损伤及骨关节炎等疾病病程。本文基于NF-κB信号通路,对针灸治疗多系统疾病中NF-κB的调控机制进行系统综述,旨在为针灸临床研究提供理论基础及研究方向。 |

| NF-κB is a pleiotropic transcription regulator which plays a critical role in diverse biological processes, including immune responses, inflammation regulation, and cellular apoptosis. Acupuncture therapy effectively ameliorates pathological processes in neurological inflammation, irritable bowel syndrome, insulin resistance, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, acute lung injury, and osteoarthritis through targeted regulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway. Based on the NF-κB signaling pathway, this article systematically reviews the regulatory mechanisms of acupuncture on NF-κB in treating multi-system diseases, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and research directions for clinical acupuncture studies. |
