| 现代医家辨治情志病大多责之“劳逸失调”或“气机郁滞”等因素,辨证较为单一,难以取效,张永华教授深耕情志病诊治多年,总结出“个性致病”和“个性-体质-疾病”轴,指出个性是情志疾病的核心病因之一,临证时可将不同患者的体质根据个性、举止、表情等因素分为“火旺质”“气郁质”和“痰湿质”,并以此指导临床遣方用药,为中医治疗情志病开拓更广阔的视野。 |

| Modern Chinese medicine practitioners to identify the treatment of mood disorders are mostly attributed to ‘disharmony between labour and rest’ or ‘Qi stagnation’ and other factors, identification is relatively single, it is difficult to achieve good therapeutic effect. Professor Zhang Yonghua has been working on the diagnosis and treatment of emotional diseases for many years, and has summarised the ‘individuality causes disease’ and the ‘individuality-physique-disease’ axis, pointing out that individuality is one of the core causes of emotional diseases. In clinical treatment, different patients can be classified into "Fire-Exuberance Constitution", "Qi-Stagnation Constitution" and "Phlegm-Dampness Constitution" according to factors such as individuality, behaviour and expression, which can be used to guide clinical prescriptions and medications, thus opening up a broader perspective for the treatment of emotional disorders in Chinese medicine. |
