| 杜郑雨桐1 张永华2:[目的] 总结张永华教授基于三焦理论辨治情志疾病的学术思想及临床经验。[方法] 通过梳理《内经》《难经》等理论体系,结合三焦气化失司的病机特点,系统分析张永华教授提出的“调达三焦以燮理情志”辨治体系,并列举典型医案验证其疗效。[结果] 张教授认为三焦气机郁滞、痰火互结是情志疾病形神共病的核心病机,治疗以“疏瀹三焦,复其气化”为核心,融理气通枢、化痰利窍、泻火宁神、调和寒热四法于一体。临床以柴胡类方、半夏类方及特色药对为主,分焦调治,兼顾形神同治。典型医案显示,患者经调达三焦气机后,情志症状显著改善,躯体症状亦随之缓解。[结论] 张永华教授以三焦为枢纽构建情志疾病的形神同治体系,突破传统脏腑分治框架,为现代情志相关疾病诊疗提供了新范式,具有重要学术价值及临床意义。 |

| ［Abstract］Objective: To summarize Professor Zhang Yonghua"s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating emotional disorders based on the Triple Energizer theory.Methods: By analyzing theoretical systems from the Inner Canon and Classic of Difficulties, and integrating the pathological characteristics of dysfunction in Triple Energizer qi transformation, this study systematically examines Professor Zhang"s diagnostic and therapeutic system of "regulating the Triple Energizer to harmonize emotional states." Typical case examples are provided to validate its efficacy.Results: Professor Zhang posits that stagnation of Triple Energizer qi mechanism and the intermingling of phlegm and fire constitute the core pathophysiology of physical-mental comorbidity in emotional disorders. The treatment strategy centers on "dredging the Triple Energizer to restore its qi transformation," integrating four methods: regulating qi and unblocking pivots, resolving phlegm to open orifices, purging fire to calm the spirit, and harmonizing cold and heat. Clinically, Chaihu-related formulae, Banxia-related formulae, and specialized herb pairs are employed to target specific energizers while addressing both physical and mental aspects. Representative cases demonstrate significant improvement in emotional symptoms and concomitant resolution of physical manifestations following regulation of Triple Energizer qi dynamics.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Yonghua"s construction of a physical-mental integrated treatment system for emotional disorders using the Triple Energizer as a pivotal framework transcends traditional zang-fu organ segmentation. This approach provides a novel paradigm for diagnosing and treating modern emotion-related conditions, bearing significant academic value and clinical relevance. |
