| 目的：探讨震颤汤联合项针治疗帕金森合并吞咽障碍患者临床疗效。方法：选择于我院就诊的帕金森合并吞咽障碍患者88例,采用区组随机化法随机分为两组各44例,对照组给予项针治疗,观察组在其基础上给予震颤汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后吞咽障碍量表评分、吞咽功能指标[吞咽反应时间(SRT)、咽期传递时间(PTT)、喉关闭时间(LCD)]、洼田饮水试验评级、血清营养指标(白蛋白、总蛋白、血红蛋白)及临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后SSA评分较治疗前降低,GUSS评分、SWAL-QOL评分、血清营养指标均较治疗前升高,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后SRT、PTT、LCD较治疗前缩短,且观察组快于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组的洼田饮水试验评级均较治疗前改善(P＜0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率为95.24%显著高于对照组80.95%(P＜0.05)。结论：震颤汤联合项针治疗帕金森合并吞咽障碍患者临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Tremor Decoction combined with cervical acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson"s disease patients with dysphagia. Methods: 88 patients with Parkinson"s disease and dysphagia were divided into two groups. The dysphagia scale scores [Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) score, Gugging Swallowing Function Assessment Scale (GUSS) score, Swallowing Disorder Specific Quality of Life Scale (SWAL-QOL) score], swallowing function indicators [swallowing response time (SRT), pharyngeal transit time (PTT), laryngeal closure time (LCD)], water swallowing test rating, serum nutritional indicators (albumin, total protein, hemoglobin), and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: the SSA scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and the GUSS scores, SWAL-QOL scores, and serum nutritional indicators increased (P < 0.05). the SRT, PTT, and LCD of both groups were shorter than before (P < 0.05). the water swallowing test ratings of both groups improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Tremor Decoction combined with cervical acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Parkinson"s disease patients with dysphagia. |
