| Objective: To explore the correlation between different delivery methods, parity, body mass index and anterior pelvic abnormalities. Method: 275 postpartum women in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022, divided into an abnormal group (n=63) and a non abnormal group (n=212) based on whether there were anterior pelvic abnormalities. Compare the different delivery methods between the abnormal group and the non abnormal group; Compare the different pregnancy outcomes between the abnormal group and the non abnormal group; Compare the weight differences between the abnormal group and the non abnormal group. Spearman correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between delivery mode, parity, weight, and anterior pelvic abnormalities. Result: The abnormal group proportion of natural childbirth [73.02% (46/63)] was higher non abnormal group [50.94% (108/212)], while the proportion of cesarean section [26.98% (17/63)] was lower non abnormal group [49.06% (104/212)] (2=9.60, P<0.05). The abnormal group average number of pregnancies (2.38±0.67) was greater non abnormal group (1.72±0.54) (t=8.04, P<0.05). The abnormal group average body mass index (25.14±2.63) kg/m2 was higher non abnormal group (23.19±2.21) kg/m2 (t=5.88, P<0.05). According to Spearman correlation analysis, natural delivery, parity, and body mass index were positively correlated with the occurrence of anterior pelvic abnormalities (r=0.539, 0.614, 0.546, P<0.05). Conclusion: Natural childbirth, parity and body mass index are closely related to the occurrence of anterior pelvic abnormalities. The more pregnancies and the better body mass index, the higher the occurrence of anterior pelvic abnormalities, which is worthy of clinical reference. |
