| 目的: 探讨播散型带状疱疹的临床特点、发病诱因及治疗策略。方法:回顾性分析3例播散型带状疱疹患者的临床表现、辅助检查、治疗经过与预后,并进行文献复习。结果: 3例患者均存在免疫功能低下背景,皮疹分布广泛,在接受系统抗病毒治疗、止痛治疗及中西医结合干预后均病情改善出院。结论:播散型带状疱疹是水痘-带状疱疹病毒再激活引发的严重感染性皮肤病,免疫抑制状态是核心发病危险因素,受凉、过劳等为重要诱因；早期明确诊断、及时启动规范化抗病毒治疗,联合中西医综合干预,可有效控制病情进展、减少并发症、改善预后,临床需加强对高危人群的筛查、监测与健康管理。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics, pathogenesis, and treatment strategies of disseminated herpes zoster. Method: A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, treatment course, and prognosis of three patients with disseminated herpes zoster, along with a review of related literature. Result: All three patients had a background of immune dysfunction and widespread rash distribution. After receiving systemic antiviral treatment, pain relief treatment, and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention, their condition improved and they were discharged. Conclusion: Disseminated herpes zoster is a severe infectious skin disease caused by reactivation of varicella zoster virus. Immunosuppressive status is the core risk factor for the disease, while exposure to cold and overwork are important triggers; Early diagnosis and timely initiation of standardized antiviral treatment, combined with comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, can effectively control disease progression, reduce complications, and improve prognosis. Clinical screening, monitoring, and health management of high-risk populations need to be strengthened. |
