| 杜仲为临床常用补益类中药，其炮制品在中医药治疗中应用广泛，具有重要临床价值。研究表明，炮制过程可影响杜仲中木脂素、黄酮、环烯醚萜等活性成分的含量及其溶出特性，从而对其降压、抗骨质疏松、抗肝肾纤维化、心血管保护及安胎等药效产生调控作用。本文系统综述杜仲的炮制方法的历史演变、化学成分及药理作用，为杜仲的炮制研究及临床应用提供理论依据及思路。 |

| Eucommia ulmoides is a commonly used tonic in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and its processed forms are widely used in TCM treatment, possessing significant clinical value. Studies have shown that the processing method can affect the content and dissolution characteristics of active components such as lignans, flavonoids, and iridoids in Eucommia ulmoides, thereby regulating its effects on antihypertensive, anti-osteoporosis, anti-hepatic and renal fibrosis, cardiovascular protection, and pregnancy support. This review systematically summarizes the historical evolution of processing methods, chemical composition, and pharmacological effects of Eucommia ulmoides, providing theoretical basis and ideas for research and clinical application of Eucommia ulmoides processing. |
