| 【】目的 本研究旨在评价耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合随身灸在气滞血瘀型暴聋患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2024年1月～2025年1月共110例气滞血瘀型暴聋患者,前瞻性平行随机分为对照组55例和观察组55例。对照组予采用西医常规治疗,观察组在西医基础上给予耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合随身灸,两组均连续干预10d后观察治疗效果。结果 观察组听力改善疗效(83.63%)高于对照组(61.81%),差异具有统计学意义(2=6.600,P=0.010)；观察组耳鸣伴发症状评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.623,P=0.000)；观察组临床疗效满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(2=4.681,P=0.031)。结论 耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合随身灸可提高气滞血瘀型暴聋患者听力改善的疗效,改善患者的耳鸣症状,提升临床疗效满意度。 |

| Objective: This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular holographic copper cupping combined with portable moxibustion in patients with sudden deafness due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods: A total of 110 patients with sudden deafness due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis were prospectively and randomly divided into a control group (n=55) and an observation group (n=55) from January 2024 to January 2025. The control group received conventional Western medical treatment combined The observation group underwent auricular holographic copper cupping scraping combined with portable moxibustion in addition to the control group"s regimen. Both groups underwent intervention for 10 days, after which the effects were evaluated. Results: The hearing improvement rate in the observation group (83.63%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (61.81%) (2=6.600, P=0.010). The tinnitus-associated symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (t=5.623, P=0.000). The observation group demonstrated higher satisfaction with nursing services than the control group, with the difference being statistically significant. (2=4.681, P=0.031). Conclusion: Combining auricular holographic copper scraping with portable moxibustion enhances the efficacy of improving hearing in patients with sudden deafness due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis. This approach alleviates tinnitus symptoms and increases satisfaction with nursing services. |
