| 【】 目的：研究并探讨中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折患者应用中西医治疗的效果。方法：选取2012年1月-2016年1月期间收治的80例中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机序列法将患者随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组实施空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植治疗,观察组在空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植治疗的基础上加用中药进行治疗,比较两组髋关节功能恢复优良率、Harris髋关节功能评分、股骨头坏死率以及血液流变学指标。结果：观察组的髋关节功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后,两组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),而观察组治疗后的Harris髋关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的股骨头坏死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；血液流变学方面,观察组治疗后的红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞沉降率、血浆粘度较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且优于治疗后对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折患者实施中西医结合治疗,具有显著的临床疗效,可有效促进髋关节功能恢复,还可改善血液流变学,减少股骨头坏死,预后良好。 |

| Objective: To study and investigate the youth of intracapsular femoral neck fractures treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Methods: January 2012 -2016 years 80 young and middle aged patients with intracapsular femoral neck fracture patients in our hospital during January as the research object, adopt computer random sequence method were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, the control group implementation of hollow screw internal fixation combined with quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft treatment, observation group on the basis of the hollow nail internal fixation combined with quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, compared two groups of hip joint function recovery rate, Harris hip score, femoral head necrosis rate and hemorheology. Results: in the observation group the excellent rate of hip joint function recovery was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, Harris score of hip joint function of patients in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0 .05), and observe the Harris hip function after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05); observation group, femoral head necrosis rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); blood rheology, the observation group after treatment hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, plasma the viscosity were significantly improved than before treatment (P<0.05), and is better than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: the young intracapsular femoral neck fractures were treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has significant clinical efficacy, can effectively promote the recovery of hip function, also can improve the hemorheology, reduce the femoral head necrosis, the prognosis is good. |
