| 本文通过整理归纳姚新苗教授针药治疗颈肩综合征的理论和临床经验,深入研究后发现,中药以桂枝加葛根汤为基础,随证化裁,可治疗太阳经气不利,颈项肩部强而不舒,解肌发表,生津舒筋以治其实。针刀以患椎正中线及旁开2cm处行梳通剥离之法,松解肌肉粘连,解除神经卡压,改善局部血供循环,恢复颈椎椎管内外的动态平衡,肩部取相应压痛点进行松解缓解疼痛,改善症状。姚新苗教授针药并用治疗颈肩综合症的理论和方法体现了筋为骨先,筋骨并重的学术思想,在临床上行之有效,值得推广。 |

| In order to summarize the experience of professor Yao Xinmiao in treating Neck-shoulder pain syndrome combined therapy of acupotomy and formula, this article collated basic thesis and clinical experience in treating Neck-shoulder pain syndrome by professor Yao and has an intensive study on the precious experience in the treatment of Neck-shoulder pain syndrome with the combined therapy of acupotomy and formula. Prescription of modifi ed Guizhijiagegen-Tang.Acupotomy was given priority to Release the pain point of neck and shoulder joints. The combined therapy had been proved to be feasible and had curative eff ect, which was worthy of being popularized and learned. |
