| 目的 观察艾箱灸神阙穴艾灸联合大承气汤口服在全身多发性骨折后腹胀中的应用疗效。方法 随机选取我院2014年2月至2016年4月收治的全身多发性骨折后腹胀患者80例,随机分为二组(艾箱灸神阙穴联合大承气汤组、单纯大承气汤组),每组40例,观察其治疗疗效。结果 艾箱灸神阙穴联合大承气汤总有效率97.5%,单纯大承气汤组总有效率80.0%；通过对比性研究,艾箱灸神阙穴联合大承气汤与单纯大承气汤组比较总有效率增高明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 运用艾箱灸神阙穴联合大承气汤能明显改善全身多发性骨折后腹胀症状,是较为方便及有效的诊疗方法,特别适合基层医院推广。 |
