| 摘 要 目的 观察锡类散糊（锡类散与熟芝麻油拌成糊状）治疗唇周湿疹的临床疗效。方法45例确诊且72h后能来院复诊的唇周湿疹患者86例，按照首次就诊序单、双号分为治疗组45例和对照组41例，治疗组用锡类散糊涂皮疹，每天3次；对照组用复方曲安奈德乳膏涂皮疹，每天3次，均治疗72h后观察疗效。结果 治疗72h后，治疗组轻、重度患者总有效率（包括显效和有效）分别为100%和94.4%，对照组为83.3%和61.9%，经卡方检验，组间差异有统计学意义（X2轻＝4.190，P=0.041，X2重＝5.781，P=0.016）。结论 锡类散糊治疗唇周湿疹疗效好。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tin powder paste (tin powder and cooked sesame oil mixed with paste) in the treatment of peripheral eczema. Methods 45 patients with 72h and can come to hospital referral in patients with lip eczema in 86 cases, according to the first treatment sequence of single and double, 45 cases were divided into treatment group and control group 41 cases, treatment group with Xileisan confused rash, 3 times a day; the control group with Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream with rash, 3 times a day, to observe the curative effect all treatment after 72h. Results after 72h treatment, the treatment group in patients with mild and severe (including the total efficiency and markedly effective) were 100% and 94.4%, the control group was 83.3% and 61.9%, by the chi square test, there was significant difference between the groups (X2 = P=0.041, 4.190 light, X2 = 5.781, P=0.016). Conclusion tin powder paste has a good effect on treating peripheral eczema. |
