| 目的 探讨链霉蛋白酶联合碳酸氢钠在老年患者胃镜检查中的应用价值。方法 将244例年龄介于60-85岁的老年胃镜检查患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组检查前20分钟给予链霉蛋白酶和碳酸氢钠片的溶液口服,再于检查前给予盐酸利多卡因胶浆局部麻醉,对照组只于检查前予盐酸利多卡因胶浆局部麻醉,所有研究对象均由同一位医师操作,分别记录两组患者检查前的胃肠道不良反应发生率、镜下视野清晰度、微小病灶发现情况并进行比较。结果 研究组内镜下的视野清晰度明显高于对照组,且微小病灶检出率也比对照组高,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前胃肠道不良反应方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年患者胃镜检查前服用链霉蛋白酶联合碳酸氢钠对改善胃内视野清晰度,提高病变检出率有显著作用,安全有效且不良反应少,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To explore the application effect of the pronase with sodium bicarbonate on gastroscopy for elderly patients. Method A total of 244 elderly patients among 60-85 years old need gastroscopy were divided into research group and control group randomly. Patients in research group receive the pronase mixed with the sodium bicarbonate that dissolved in warm water 20 minutes before the gastroscopy, than take the lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage for local anaesthesia just before the investigation. Patients in control group only receive the lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage at the same time. All the operation are finished by the same doctor, and the incidence of gastrointestinal tract adverse reaction, the vision clarity under the investigation, the time for inspection, the discovery of minimal disease between the two groups would be compared. Results The vision clarity under the investigation in research group is apparently better than the control group, beyond that, the discovery rate of minimal disease is higher in the research group, the difference were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion There is an obviously effect to receive the pronase with sodium bicarbonate before gastroscopy for elder patients to improve the vision clarity and increase the detection rate of pathological changes, it is safe effective with less adverse reaction, which is worth for promotion. |
