| 目的 探索使用糖皮质激素对晚期肺癌患者证素变化的影响。方法 选取141名Ⅳ期肺癌患者，按诊疗需要分为非激素治疗组73人，激素治疗组68人，两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗5天后，治疗10天后通过症候观察获取证素信息，继而运用聚类分析、卡方检验进行统计分析。结果 两组证素均大致分为以下三类：肺、痰、湿聚为一类，在非激素治疗组中更为常见；肝郁、气滞、血瘀、阴虚、阳亢聚为一类，肝、气滞证素在非激素治疗组中更为常见，而阴虚、阳亢在激素治疗组中更为常见；脾、气虚、血虚聚为一类，在非激素治疗组中更为常见。结论 糖皮质激素干预治疗下的晚期肺癌证素演变主要反应了肺、脾、肝三脏不同的病机变化。 |

| Purpose To explore the law of advanced lung cancer’s syndrome elements changes by using glucocorticoid. Method 141 selected patients are divided into “Not Use Glucocorticoid Team”(contains 73) and “Use Glucocorticoid Team” (contains 68).Through collecting clinical information at the time-point of pretherapy、after 5 days of therapy、after 10 days of of therapy, syndrome elements were gained,then to classify these elements through cluster analysis and chi-square test. Result "lung plegm moist”,”liver qi-stagnation blood-stasis yin-deficiency yang-hyperactivity”,” spleen blood-deficiency qi-deficiency”,are returned to one class respectively in two teams. And "lung plegm moist”, ”liver qi-stagnation”, ”spleen blood-deficiency qi-deficiency” are more common in the “Not Use Glucocorticoid Team”,while “yin-deficiency yang-hyperactivity” are more common in the “Use Glucocorticoid Team”.Conclusion The research discovered the different changes of the syndrome of lung liver and spleen between the two teams. |
