| 慢性UC的病因病机尚未明确,但存在免疫功能紊乱,菌群失衡,肠黏膜屏障破坏,即“脾-肠-菌”轴功能障碍。中医认为慢性UC的基本病机为脾虚泄泻,健脾方药治疗慢性UC的疗效以得到临床和实验论证,但尚未从“脾-肠-菌”轴进行阐释。故本文通过慢性UC“脾-肠-菌”轴紊乱机理,中医“脾-肠”轴与肠道菌群联系,健脾对慢性UC“脾-肠-菌”轴的影响等三方探析健脾治疗慢性UC的机理,同时提出运用健脾方药治疗慢性UC的新思路。 |

| Chronic ulcerative colitis(CUC) in the etiology and pathogenesis is unclear, but it has immune dysfunction, intestinal flora alternation and intestinal mucosal barrier damage, equal to dysfunction of “spleen-intestine-flora”axis. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the basic pathogenesis of CUC is spleen-deficiency diarrhea. Clinical experience and experimental study have confirmed the treatment of tonifying spleen in CUC.However, the treatment of tonifying spleen in CUC through “spleen-intestinal-flora” hasn’t been completely explained.Therefore, the paper discussed the mechanism of tonifying spleen in CUC from dysfunction of “spleen-intestine-flora” in CUC, correlation between “spleen-intestine” in TCM and intestinal flora, the influence of tonifying spleen on “spleen-intestine-flora”axis in CUC.Meanwhile, we propose the new thought of utilizing spleen-strengthening medicine in treating CUC. |
