      目的:探讨电针风池穴对颈性高血压模型兔血清肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统( RAAS)指标影响,明确其作用机理。方法:建立颈性高血压模型,将造模成功的12只家兔按随机数字表法分为模型组和电针组,每组6只,另选取6只健康家兔作为正常组。对电针组实验兔给予电针风池穴治疗,模型组和正常组实验兔仅给予相同时间的固定。检测各组实验兔血清血管紧张素原(AGT)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)、醛固酮(ALD)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平,检测并计算各组实验兔治疗前后平均动脉血压(MAP),进行统计分析。结果:(1)与正常组实验兔比较,模型组实验兔血清中AGT(126.82±43.95)、ALD(160.07±38.14)及NE(32.34±12.49)含量均明显高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05),而模型组实验兔血清Ang II(118.67±45.62)水平与正常组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);电针组实验兔血清中Ang Ⅱ(91.53±17.53)、AGT(95.12±26.18)、NE(23.89±8.71)及ALD(116.32±36.86)水平与正常组比较均无明显差异(P>0.05);与模型组实验兔ALD(160.07±38.14)比较,电针组实验兔ALD(116.32±36.86)水平明显低于模型组。(2)治疗前各组实验兔MAP之间均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗结束后,与模型组实验兔MAP(91.50±6.86)比较,电针组实验兔MAP(81.40±4.04)出现明显降低(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,电针组实验兔治疗后MAP(81.40±4.04)较治疗前MAP(89.40±6.19)明显降低(P<0.05);而正常组、模型组MAP治疗后较治疗前MAP均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针风池穴可有效改善颈性高血压模型兔血压,其降压作用可能与调控血清RAAS系统,降低实验兔血清中ALD含量,防止AGT、Ang II及NE过度分泌等存在关联。

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at "Fengchi" (GV20) on serum renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) in cervical hypertension rabbits, and to clarify its mechanism. Methods: A cervical hypertension model was established in 12 rabbits, and the successful models were divided into a model group and an EA group according to the random number table, 6 rabbits in each group. Another 6 healthy rabbits were selected as the normal group. The rabbits in the EA group were treated with EA at "Fengchi acupoint", and the rabbits in the model group and the normal group were only fixed for the same time. The serum levels of angiotensinogen (AGT), angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ), aldosterone (ALD) and norepinephrine (NE) were detected, and the mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) before and after treatment was measured and calculated. Statistical analysis was performed. Results: (1) Compared with the normal group, the serum levels of AGT (126.82±43.95), ALD (160.07±38.14) and NE (32.34±12.49) in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05, P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum Ang II level between the model group (118.67±45.62) and the normal group (P > 0.05). The serum levels of AngⅡ (91.53±17.53), AGT (95.12±26.18), NE (23.89±8.71) and ALD (116.32±36.86) in the EA group were not significantly different from those in the normal group (P > 0.05). Compared with the ALD level in the model group (160.07±38.14), the ALD level in the EA group (116.32±36.86) was significantly lower than that in the model group. (2) There was no significant difference in MAP among all groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After the treatment, compared with the model group (91.50±6.86), the MAP of the EA group (81.40±4.04) was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the MAP (81.40±4.04) of the experimental rabbits in the EA group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (89.40±6.19) (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in MAP between the normal group and the model group after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion: EA of "Fengchi" point can effectively improve the blood pressure of cervical hypertension rabbits, which may be related to its effect in regulating the serum RAAS system, reducing the serum ALD content, and preventing the excessive secretion of AGT, Ang II and NE.
